Delete your Ambient Apps data

You can delete your Ambient Apps account and its data at any time, whichever way you signed in (Apple, Google, GitHub or Facebook).

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to Ambient Apps.
  2. Open your account settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Type your account email to confirm.

What happens

  • Right away: your App Store Connect API keys are deleted, your sign-in connections and sessions are removed, any subscription is canceled, and builds that haven't started are stopped. If you signed in with Apple, we ask Apple to revoke our access.
  • After 30 days: your apps, build history, generated store listings and usage records are erased.
  • Invoices and payment records stay with our payment processor, Stripe, as long as tax law requires.
  • Apps already published on the App Store live in your own Apple Developer account; remove them there if you want them gone.

Get a copy first

Before deleting, you can download your data as a file from your account settings (it never includes your Apple keys).
